Nancy McGrory Richardson, Facitator/Curriculm Design   Nancy is an expert facilitator and curriculum designer has more than 30 years in Risk Communication/Crisis Management, Health Advocacy, Physician and Patient Education and numerous areas of health sciences as well as work with DOL, DOD and VA. Her work includes PTSD, Chemical and Environmental Exposures, Cancer, Chronic Fatigue and a variety of other health care issues. Her facilitation expertise includes coaching hundreds of participants through leadership and personal empowerment courses based on paradigm shift and breakthrough thinking methodologies.  In addition, Nancy has been trained in the International Trauma Resiliency Model.  Her non-profit experience includes Habitat for Humanity, American Cancer Society, Freedom and Honor.org to name a few covering a variety of family, health and social welfare issues.  Nancy has implemented hundreds of conferences and workshops across the US, Europe and Latin America.  She received her BA in Communications from Shippensburg University and continued graduate studies at Drexel University.   

Jalma Marcus, RN, BS, MS, HNP-BC, CBP, CACD Jalma Marcus is a board certified holistic Nurse, expert trainer & coach and master body talk practioner.  She has expertise in developing pre and post performance outcomes. Jalma earned both Bachelor and Master of Science Degrees from Boston University School of Nursing. She has held positions in Medicine, Surgery, Trauma and Psychiatry as well as faculty positions at Boston College, Villanova University, and Gwynedd Mercy College. In addition, she chaired the Department of Nursing at Bucks County Community College. Jalma was a clinical specialist at Medical College of PA, director of training and development at Germantown Hospital, Director of Outcomes Management at Virtua in Mt. Holly, NJ, and led a clinical outcomes project at the Albert Einstein Healthcare Network in Philadelphia. In addition to her BodyTalk™ certification, Jalma brings her knowledge and experience in NET, Reiki, Brennan Healing, IET and Shamanic Drumming to her practice, providing opportunities for individuals to learn, grow, and heal. 

Martin Richardson, CHT and Veterans Faciliator  Martin is a skilled facilitator in interpersonal communications, coaching, leadership development, vision & mission work, employee training and, personal growth & empowerment. He is the founder,  program director and lead facilitator of Freedom and Honor, a combat transition training company under the auspices of the Philadelphia Veterans Multi-Service and Education Center.  As an international facilitator and trainer, he has conducted seminars and workshops for hundreds of individuals all over the U.S. as well in Canada, Europe, Australia and New Zealand. With over 25 years of business experience ranging from a worldwide service company to city government, he has worked with management to the shop floor. Certifications: Hypnotherapy, Psychodrama, Race and Gender, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Voice Dialogue, Emotional Literac,y Group Dyad, and Individual & Group Counseling

Turpin Mott, Executive Coach Turpin is a unique facilitator and coach having trained at the Academy for Coach Training combined with his military service and leadership position in ManKind Project International. He has authored several articles about personal transformation and since 1996, has been facilitating men's, veteran’s and couple’s work throughout the US and Canada. Turpin is a decorated Marine Corps Veteran of Desert Shield and Desert Storm, and brings his diverse life experience to his executive coaching skills. He has worked with such clients as DaVita, Nextel, Puget Sound Energy, Sprint and TetraTech. Turpin assisted in the development of the core curriculum and is a facilitator of the Freedom and Honor” program.
