The following is a sampling of the programs, we offer. Congruency in Wellness – Team Leadership Program

This program offers an integration of holistic healthcare integrated with the team and leadership skills required to deliver the care that encompasses the patient, practioners and healthcare providers.

   Other leadership programs include:  
  • Manager Mornings is a training and development program for managers – managers who manage people. The Manager Mornings program creates appropriate accountability, increases team effectiveness, reduces stress, and teaches how to effectively manage emotions in the workplace to increase creativity and problem solving.
  • Mission Vision - Developing a clear, impactful mission and vision which is the foundation for decision and action critical to fulfilling on an organization’s goals and objectives. The program develops a language and a spirit that affects the very heart of every employee and opens a pathway to successful growth.
  • Core Beliefs - This program sets the context to find the paradox of beliefs that block an individual from achieving a goal and the beliefs that keep those beliefs in place. The individual gets to see the dilemma in which they put themselves; a very powerful awakening experience which allows them to see “unseen” blocks and opens them to new or more empowering beliefs.
  • Legacy Leadership - A challenge to organizations and individuals who are reaching closer to the end of their careers is imparting their wisdom to the up and coming leaders and keeping them in a highly motivated state. Legacy Leadership provides the opportunity for individuals to examine their knowledge and gifts and provides them new avenues to fulfilling on their “contribution”-- their legacy.

Substance Abuse and Suicide Awareness - An interactive program incorporating real story, video, game show interaction and much more.  A new perspective to a very old topic.  This program was developed for the PA National Guard and can be adapted for any educational/awareness program.  Excellent for high school age and above.

Case Examples:
  • Over 60,000 hours of training to more than 7,000 Veterans covering PTSD, Substance Abuse, Suicide and Transition.
  • Lead more than 100 personal leadership trainings which included approximately 25 men over the course of three days covering mission, leadership development, emotional literacy and team building.
  • Lead 3-day intensives in the US and UK with Bill Wick, a former Toyota engineer & manager. We assisted groups of approximately 30 co-ed participants utilizing NLP, Voice Dialogue, NLP and Psychodrama work to removing barriers that impede their performance, growth and personal development.
  • Lead a team of trainers in a leadership and training program for the Lucky Eagle Casino, which began with the defining of the vision and mission with the executive leadership and managers, then implement programs for the establishment, alignment and commitment of that vision and mission by the entire organization, over 500 employees.
  •  Providence has devised the marketing/lobbying strategy for Universal Display, flexible display technology for the war fighter resulting in approximately $5 million in research and development funding.
  • Working with a team of aligned organizations affected by the backlog in security clearances at the federal level, Providence developed the strategic plan to gain Congressional support and bring the issue to the forefront of the Office of Management and Budget.
  • Providence developed a sales training program directed to specialty pharmacies for an interferon drug. In addition, Providence developed a patient and physician advocacy program directed those dealing Chronic Fatigue Syndrome for the same client.
